Donations
All donations made through our website or other platforms are final and non-refundable. Donations directly support The Orchid Legacy’s programs, services, and mission to empower and support nurses. By donating, you acknowledge and agree that contributions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Recurring Donations (if applicable):
For recurring donations, cancellation requests must be submitted through your online account. Recurring gifts already processed remain non-refundable.
Product Purchases
All product sales are final, as proceeds directly support our mission.
Exceptions:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of damage (such as a photo) may be required to process your claim.
Payment Processing
Payments for donations and product purchases are processed through Wix Payments. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms and policies.
Other Platforms:
Purchases or donations made via third-party platforms including social media fundraisers, marketplaces, or other websites are governed by those platforms’ policies. The Orchid Legacy is not responsible for these policies.
