Product Purchases:
All product sales are final.

Exceptions:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Proof of damage (e.g., a photo) may be required.

Payment Processing:
All payments are processed through Wix Payments. By completing a transaction, you agree to their terms. Purchases on other platforms are governed by their policies; The Orchid Legacy is not responsible for them.
